Anderson, Beverly Eve (Ayd) was born on March 1, 1934, in Shakopee, Minnesota, the daughter of Saloma Ann (Vetsch) and Leonard Frank Ayd. She graduat- ed from the Rochester School of Vocational Training at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester in 1954. She married in 1959, moved to her current home in Coon Rapids and had 5 children. She worked at Unity Hospital until 1996. In 1989, she married Donald Lee Anderson. They loved traveling, especially to Florida. She loved being in the sun and going for walks, spending time with her siblings and visits from her children and grandchildren. Bev passed away peacefully on May 15th, 2022 surrounded by her children, into the loving arms of Jesus and to a great reunion of all the family members she so dearly missed. Survivors include her children, Joseph (Lia) Mitchell, Laura (Steve) Cram, Mike (Karen) Mitchell, Dan (Sharon) Mitchell; daughter-in-law Cynthia Mitchell; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Ohnsorg; sister-in-law, Geri Ayd; brother-in-laws, Frank Dirks and Nick Waritz; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Anderson; son, Mark Mitchell; siblings, Aileen Muer, Donald Ayd, Carmen Dirks, Marcy Waritz, Robert Ayd; sister-in-law, Diane Ayd, brothers-in-law, John Muer and Andy Ohnsorg; many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30AM Tues, May 24 at the Church of the Epiphany, 11001 Hanson Blvd NW, Coon Rapids with visitation 1 hour before. Interment Epiphany Cemetery.
