Strate, Richard G. "Dick", MD Age 89 of Stillwater, formerly of St. Paul and Marine on St. Croix died on December 19, 2023. A gathering to celebrate Dick's life will be held at 7Vines Vineyard, 101 MN-96, Dellwood, on April 21 from 1 to 4pm with a short program at 2pm.
