Sherman Johnson had a bases-loaded double and Rob Refsnyder hit a three-run homer to help the St. Paul Saints rally for a 10-5 victory over the Indianapolis Indians on Wednesday night at CHS Field.

The Saints have put together back-to-back games of 10 runs or more to move five games over .500 (39-34) for the first time this season. Over the past 30 days they lead all of Class AAA in batting average, runs and home runs.

The Saints trailed 2-0 and 3-1 in the early going. But in the third inning Jose Miranda hit his ninth homer of the season to pull the Saints within 3-2, and Johnson's double cleared the bases to give the Saints a 5-3 lead.

Miranda also had a double before he was removed for a pinch runner after being hit by a pitch in the eighth inning. He improved his batting average to .355.

Ben Rortvedt was 3-for-4 for the Saints, who outhit Indianapolis 10-5.

Four Saints relievers combined to allow just three runs and three hits in eight innings. Yennier Cano, who pitched three innings, was the winning pitcher.
