Miguel Sano wasn't the only player in the Twins organization to deliver a winning home run in the late innings Saturday.

Ryan Jeffers hit a leadoff home run in the bottom of the ninth inning Saturday, enabling the Saints to walk off with a 2-1 victory over the Iowa Cubs at CHS Field.

Jeffers finished 2-for-4, with the catcher's third home run in 11 games for the Saints going to the opposite field off Iowa's Adrian Sampson. Keon Broxton drove in the other Saints' run with a second-inning single.

Jeffers, 23, was sent to the Saints after hitting only .147 (5-for-34) with one RBI for the Twins in 11 games this season.

Juan Minaya pitched out of a jam in the top of the ninth, stranding two Iowa baserunners.

No. 9 hitter Ian Miller went 3-for-4 and drove in Iowa's run with a single in the fourth.
