Gertrude 'Gert' Alch

Alch, Gertrude "Gert" Age 102 of Minnetonka passed away peacefully on May 22, 2022 at her home. She was a dedicated mother to Avis & Bob Held; grandmother to Ted & Sallie Held, Zach Held, Ellie & Justin Holman; and great-grandmother to Emilia and Anne Held, Samuel and Lauren Holman. Gert was a beloved friend to many during her years as a hostess at Lund's, working at Dayton's and living at Menorah Plaza. Preceded in death by parents, Fillmore and Frances Wise; husband, Ted Alch; and brothers, Arthur, Howard and Irving (Bud) Wise.
