Anderson (Murack), Kathleen Fay "Kathy" of Waconia, MN, formerly Minnetonka, MN, danced her way into heaven on February 6, 2021, surrounded by friends and family after a 6 year battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Kathy was born to Edward and Margaret (Poziembo) Murack of Geneseo, ND, on October 16, 1948, and graduated from Lidgerwood High School in 1966 before moving to Fargo, ND, for beauty school. Her warm energy and infectious enthusiasm caught Garry Anderson's attention when they lived across the hall from one another in an apartment building in Fargo, ND. They loved to dance together and never missed a beat. They married on October 4, 1975. After moving to the Twin Cities in 1977, Kathy spent 25 years at Target and volunteered for many years with the Hopkins Raspberry Festival. But she may be remembered most of all as a consummate hostess who kept the door to the Anderson home open to friends and family. She was a committed wife, mother, and friend to her entire extended family and made everyone feel like they mattered. Heaven is truly blessed with this Polish Angel. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Garry Anderson; daughter Aimee (Casey) Coulson; Son Wade (Jess) Anderson; grandchildren, Mia and Mack Coulson and Eddie Anderson; twin sister Eileen (Mitch) Marcuson; and sister, Elaine (Butch) Larson; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. She is preceded in death by her loving parents and grandniece, Hyllari Marcuson. The family plans to hold a dance to celebrate Kathy's life in Geneseo, ND, this summer. Condolences can be sent to 725 Lenox Drive, Waconia, MN 55387.
