A storm will organize over the Central statesWednesday, and rain will spread over the Midwest Wednesday night. Thursday andThursday night, the wet weather will shift from the Ohio Valley into theNortheast.
Rainfall will be ample with this system but probably not enough to erase thedeficits that have built up during the past two to three weeks.
