    Double-dog dared to rappel down U.S. Bank Plaza Building

    75 people rappelled 231 feet down the U.S. Bank Plaza Building in Minneapolis on Friday. It was the 5th Annual Double Dog Dare Fundraiser to benefit Scouting.
