HIGH POINT, N.C. – The stars of HGTV's "Property Brothers" are expanding their reach into your home from the TV screen to furnishings. Scott Living, a lifestyle brand from twins Jonathan and Drew Scott, is meant to bring good design to consumers at an affordable price.

"We want quality and style to be available to everybody," said Jonathan Scott during a meet-and-greet at the High Point Furniture Market.

The furniture collection made by Coaster Company of America (coastercompany.com) officially debuted during the Las Vegas Winter Market, where the showroom was packed with fans of the twins and 300 pieces of dining, bedroom and upholstered furniture. When they appeared at the High Point Market, the same kind of frenzy ensued, with design fans eager for a photo op and a look at their collection.

Scott Living home furnishings (scottlivinghome.com) are sold through Lowe's (lowes.com) and on QVC. Their style melds the taste of the two brothers.

"We both like the clean lines of modern design and the heirloom elements of antiques," Jonathan said.

He said the brothers favor different design periods. "Drew likes art deco design, which you'll see in 'Property Brothers at Home: Drew's Honeymoon House.' I like midcentury mod design."

The new show premiered in November on HGTV. The 39-year-old brothers are renovating the house in Los Angeles for Drew and his fiancée, Linda Phan. The brothers have incorporated their furniture and fabrics from their Fabric by the Yard program (fabric.com).

"We recently reupholstered two chairs in the living room at the Vegas house and had accent pillows made for the guest rooms with Scott Living fabric," said Drew.

Heirloom, modern and industrial elements are found in the new pieces. "You'll see elements of these styles throughout our collections," Jonathan said.

Industrial chic is very much in evidence in the Scott Living Atwater dining room set. An apron of what looks like riveted metal decorates the dining table and trims out the cabinet.

The Montoya table has a more midcentury modern style, with sleek walnut veneer and adjustable-height chairs. The Hemet Collection, which includes a sofa, love seat, armchair and coffee and end tables, is more a blend of contemporary and modern.
