Authorities are investigating the death of a 32-year-old man who was found unresponsive in a hot tub at the Duluth YMCA on Wednesday morning.
Joseph Donald Robbins was found fully submerged and unresponsive in the tub just after 8 a.m. by an on-duty lifeguard who removed him from the tub. Efforts to resuscitate him at the scene failed.
While the exact cause of Robbins' death will not be known until autopsy results are complete, authorities said Wednesday that foul play is not suspected.
The incident remains under investigation.
